Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via our online portal to start your return request once you have completed the minimum 30-night break-in period.

  Schedule a Collection

  We will arrange for a specialized courier service to visit your home and collect the mattress at a time that fits your schedule, free of charge.

• 3.
  No Packaging Required

  Don't worry about trying to fit the mattress back into its original box; our collection team will handle the removal as-is and ensure it is recycled or donated.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the collection is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
